What This Page Is For:

This webpage is an example of how we market your organization to insurance carriers. At HUB, we build tailored underwriting pages to give carriers a clear understanding of your business, culture, and benefits philosophy.

By highlighting your mission, workforce structure, and goals for your employee benefits program, we equip underwriters with the context they need to quote accurately and competitively. More importantly, it helps us create stronger engagement with carriers. So we can negotiate from a place of insight and partnership, ultimately driving better pricing, better coverage, and a benefits package that reflects your values as an employer.

As a benefits provider yourself, you understand the balance between controlling costs and delivering high-value coverage. We work with employers like Delta Dental to analyze claims data, assess contribution strategies, and implement programs that promote health while managing long-term trend risk.

Compliance and Risk Mitigation
From ACA requirements to ERISA documentation, your benefits program operates within a complex regulatory environment. We help streamline compliance through proactive audits, reporting support, and legislative updates. Reducing risk and protecting your organization.

Employee Engagement and Communication
Great benefits only matter if employees understand and use them. We bring tools and strategies that help HR teams drive awareness and improve enrollment, from digital campaigns and benefit guides to 1-on-1 support during open enrollment and life events.

Delta Dental has built a reputation for reliability, trust, and care. Your employee benefits program should reflect that same standard. With the right broker partnership, you can strengthen your benefits offering, support your people, and deliver on your mission, inside and out.

From claims processors and provider relations to executives and remote staff, your workforce powers a national leader in oral health, and they deserve a benefits strategy that reflects that responsibility.

Across recruitment, retention, and wellbeing, Delta Dental understands that employee benefits are a strategic lever, not just a line item. Every plan, program, and communication carries the potential to strengthen your culture and reinforce your purpose.

Data-Driven Plan Optimization
Benefits are most impactful when they align with employee needs and organizational goals. We support employers like Delta Dental by leveraging analytics to track plan performance, identify cost drivers, and recommend targeted enhancements that create value for both the business and the team.

As a benefits administrator and employer, you operate under heightened scrutiny. From 5500 filings to nondiscrimination testing and ERISA oversight, we help you maintain full compliance while minimizing administrative burden and exposure.

Customized Enrollment and Education Tools
Your team is diverse in roles, locations, and communication styles. We build multi-channel engagement strategies, digital, print, and in-person to ensure every employee understands their benefits and how to use them, from open enrollment to ongoing support.

Wellbeing and Culture Alignment
Great benefits go beyond coverage. They support culture, morale, and productivity. We help connect your plans with broader wellbeing initiatives, such as mental health support, financial literacy, and DEI-sensitive plan design.

Strategic Partner Collaboration
With vendor relationships already in place across multiple markets, Delta Dental benefits from working with a broker who understands how to align stakeholders, simplify processes, and drive efficiency across carriers and platforms.

With the right broker relationship, Delta Dental can continue to lead from within. Offering an employee experience that reflects the same care and quality you bring to your members nationwide. Let’s build a benefits program that delivers.
